Our 5-step hiring process

Paige’s application process varies according to the location, nature and seniority of the role. An overview of the general process is outlined below:

Find the right position and submit an application

Once your application has been received you will receive a confirmation email from our recruiting team.

Application review

Our recruitment team will review your application in detail. If you are fit for the role, you will hear from our recruitment team to set up an introductory call. .

Introductory call with recruitment

You will speak to a member of the Paige recruitment team for a 30-minute conversation-style interview. This is your chance for you to tell us what you are interested in, what motivates you; essentially what makes you, you. You will have the opportunity to get further insight into what it’s like to work at Paige, our achievements to date, who you will meet throughout our interview process and details of the next stages. .

Meet the team

Expect to meet your hiring manager as well as 3-5 future co-workers for up to an hour each. Our process is designed to gain a cohesive picture of your skills and experience, problem solving capabilities and to better understand your strengths and career goals. This could include different coding exercises, or we could even ask for you to create a presentation. Be sure to impress whoever is on your interview panel.

Decision and offer

After your interviews are complete the team will meet to discuss each candidate. We take the opinions of each of our team members seriously - this helps us to consider several different perspectives before we decide on an outcome. Once a collective decision is made and offer will be extended. .

Alice has worked across both agency and internal recruitment roles for the past 6 years. Alice specializes in finding top talent across the US and Europe for positions in Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Finance.

Outside of work, Alice loves spending as much time as possible riding horses and generally exploring the great outdoors!

Bart Carlucci

Senior Technical Recruiter, US

Bart brings extensive experience from both hiring agencies and internal recruitment for organizations. At Paige, Bart specializes in locating top talent for various Engineering roles (AI, SRE, etc), AI Science, and C-suite positions, spanning both North America and Europe. Having been with Paige since 2019, Bart has helped the company grow from under 20 staff to over 200.

Outside of the office, Bart enjoys playing guitar, participating in animal welfare programs, and spending as much time outdoors as possible, particularly knife throwing.

No, we encourage all candidates to apply from all backgrounds, although we expect you to have an interest in pathology. Throughout our on-boarding we will get you up to speed about pathology and how we have made a difference by going digitally and how we continue to make a difference to improve patient outcomes.

Absolutely! We ask you to wait 6 – 12 months before reapplying to any position so you can gain additional experience.
